ACC Basketball

As most of your know Cam played basketball at Wichita State University under Mark Turgeon.  It is no shock that our little man, Conley shares the love of basketball too.  Mark Turgeon is in his first year of coaching the Maryland Terrapins in the ACC.  Last month Mark got us tickets to watch the Terps play North Carolina State University which is about 15 minutes from our home.  Conley got to experience his first real live basketball game and had a blast! We were 4 rows up for the floor and had a large isle next to us.  Click here to see Conley in action at the game.  The Maryland Terps are our new favorite ACC team! Go Terps!

Christmas in Kansas

Christmas in Kansas
Cam had 5 days off for Christmas and we were able to make it to Kansas.  Our days were spent seeing family, going to inflatable play places, bowling, and much more.  This year Conley was kind of interested in opening gifts.  After the gift was open he enjoyed playing with the gift.  It is amazing to see how much Conley has changed since last Christmas. The major change I have noticed is his vocabulary.  Conley also enjoyed all of the attention he received  from his adoring family!

Christmas in Durham

Our 2nd Christmas in Durham was a success! I don't think Conley really understood what was going on but once he saw his gifts he was all about it.  Our Christmas in Durham was celebrated a couple of weeks before Christmas due to the fact we were going to be in Kansas over the holiday.  Conley's big gift this year was a train table and wooden train set.  I love to watch him play with his trains he moves them and says, "choo-choo".
