HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY CONLEY!!!

Happy Birthday to my precious baby boy, Conley! Here are some of Conley's favorites at age 1:

• He is not a picky eater and he basically eats whatever Cam and I are eating.
• His favorite song is "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star."
• He loves to watch mom and dad brush their teeth.  Also, he loves when mom brushes his teeth. 
• He has 8 teeth.
• He walks by himself like a champ.
• He loves to play with Murph dog.
• He likes to play at the inside playground at the mall.
• He loves to wave bye-bye.
• He is down to just one "baba" a day.
• He is NOT a big fan of daycare.  He LOVES his mom, kinda on the clingy side. 
• He loves to crawl up stairs.  
• He is a morning person and gets up around 6am most days.
• He has many nicknames such as Mr. Stoneface, Con Dawg, Con, Stinky, or Honley.
• He loves to swim.
• He says "mama", "dada", "uh oh", "up", and a lot of other things that we don't understand. 
• Most importantly, he was born to be a Jayhawk. (Ok Dad....and a Shocker!)

Life before Conley....

What was life like before baby Conley? It is strange to think that a year ago today we were going to the hospital to have Conley.  Cam and I have a hard time remembering what life was like before him.  Click here to see a video that Cam put together for me last Christmas.  (The sound on the video does not work sorry!:) 

Walking....

Aqua Man

Conley started swim lessons at the YMCA last weekend.  Like everything in his life, Conley takes a little time warming up to new things.  Last week he was Mr. Stone Face but this week he was all smiles.   Sorry, we didn't post pictures last weekend but Cam was working so Conley and I didn't have our photographer.  


Recently, he started a once a week Parent's Morning Out class.  Let's just say he isn't a fan yet. He tends to be the cry baby in the class.  But no worries momma is determined to make it work! 

Conley's First Christmas....

Christmas with Conley was amazing! He didn't really understand what was going on and why he was getting presents but he sure liked the wrapping paper and boxes.  We enjoyed spending time with family and friends over the holiday.

We even got to meet Jacob Melhorn for the first time!
