The past week...

Conley and I had a great week!! We were busy with museums, playing outside, and playgroups.  Check out some new pics below:

Carolina Beach

Grandma White came to town last week so we headed to the beach.  We went to a beach about 2 hours away from our home called  Carolina Beach.  Conley had an absolute blast! It was so fun to see him walk on the beach for the first time.

 While we were there we ran into the #2 donut shop in the US according to the magazine Southern Living and the Carolina Beach locals.  Words can't describe how amazing these donuts were...I ate 7 of them while we were there. :)

Easter

On Easter morning, Conley woke up with a fever and was unable to go to church wearing his new Easter outfit.  He did get to participate in our neighborhood Easter egg hunt on Saturday.  

Conley quickly learned that the eggs were filled with candy.

Changing Daily

Conley is changing daily.  I can't even believe how much he has changed in just a matter of weeks.  I am amazed at how much he understands what I am talking about and is trying to communicate.  He can point out his tongue and nose when asked and he can brush his hair.  He is such a big boy that now on Monday mornings when I take him to parents morning out class he doesn't even cry when I leave. He just walks right in the class room and starts playing.  I never thought we would get to this point because for about a couple of months Conley would cry almost the whole time at parents morning out and I would come get him early.  Here are some recent pics of him....

The Woodruff's Visit

A couple of weeks ago, Aunt Cortney and Uncle Justin came to visit.  We had a blast! Here are some of the things we did while they visited......

• The weather was beautiful so we played outside.

The trip went way too fast but we had a great time! We can't wait to see them again soon! Conley is so blessed to have such an amazing aunt and uncle.
