Cam and Conley at the Harlem Globetrotters

Conley loves basketball! He loves to play it, talk about it, and watch it! We checked out Harlem Globetrotters when they came to town and, of course, we bought him a globetrotter basketball.  Once we bought the ball for him, he was no longer interested in watching the game.  All he wanted to do was play with his new ball.  So instead of watching the show, we ended up standing in the hallway watching Conley dribble his new ball.  I guess next time we will wait until after the show to buy him a ball.  :)

Like Cam, Conley had a little foot surgery of his own.  Conley had a weird looking mole on his foot.  Our peds doctor at first thought it was a tick on Conley but he was referred to a pediatric dermatologist,  They felt it best to be removed given it's odd shape and size.  Conley had his mole removed and received his first stitches.   (the picture above was of last of the mole with some numbing medication on it)

Sunglasses---He loves to wear them! :) Oh and don't forget his favorite little dog "ruffie"

Dunk it!

Conley will play golf for hours! He swings left handed too!

Waving proud in NC!! Loved watching the Jayhawk's this season!

Where have we been....

Ok people so it's been few months since I have updated and I promise to not let that happen again...

In February, we had a busy start to the new year with Cam getting foot surgery.   Cam was on vacation  for 5 days and was ordered by his doctor to stay off of his foot until he had to go back to work.  Here is a picture of our patient.....

Below are some pictures of Conley during the month of February.....

Oh the joys of a 2 year old :)

2nd Birthday Party

The past two years sure did fly by! Our sweet little 3 pound 15 ounce baby Conley is no longer a baby.  He is an official 30 pound 2 year old! Conley's birthday was an absolute blast!  We celebrated at Chick-Fil-A with lots of friends and one surprise guest, the CFA Cow!!  The CFA Cow wasn't the only surprise, Gramps flew to NC to join in on the celebrations.  Cam was the only one that knew Gramps was coming! On Friday afternoon Conley and I were eating lunch when our door bell rang and it was Gramps! Boy, we were surprised!!

Attempting to get a picture with the cow....

Attempt #2 unsuccessful

Conley,
Words can not express how thankful we are for you and the absolute joy you have brought to our lives.  Your smile brights up our world! You keep us on our toes with your rambunctious personality never doing something halfway; you are always all in! You are fearless and a tough little man.  You love all sports! Right now, you seem to be obsessed with basketball! When you shoot the ball you like to say, "buckets" which is usually followed up by "dunk it!"  I wonder who you learned that from?!?!

Thank you for aways being you! We have loved watching you grow and develop over the past two years and can't wait for many more years to come.  We love you so much! There is nothing you could ever do to make us love you anymore or any less.

Happy 2nd Birthday Conley!
Love,
Mom and Dad
