Conley's 3rd Birthday Party

Happy 3rd Birthday to our little man Conley!!
In January, we had a joint birthday party with Conley's good friend, Miller. We celebrated at an indoor kid play area filled with bounce houses and jungle gyms.  The theme was football which both boys are extremely fond of.

Can't express how thankful we are for these wonderful friends!! God truly provided us with life-long Tarheel friends.

Gamma flew in from Kansas for the party!! It was so special to have her at Conley's party!

The morning of Conley's 3rd birthday
When we set the presents out in the night before, I didn't think anything of it but when Conley walked down our stairs the next morning. He said, " Santa came!"

Cam's Half Marathon

In December of 2012, Cam ran a half marathon in Kiawah Island, South Carolina, which is about 30 miles outside of Charleston.  We are so proud of Cam for training and finishing a half marathon!
The last stretch!!

Beautiful Kiawah Island... Wow was it amazing!!

Nothing like running in to the ocean in December

After the race, we were able to spend some time in Charleston, South Carolina.  Which was equally great! Charleston had so much history, good shopping, and fun restaurants.

On our way home, we spent the morning at the beach Isle of Palms in South Carolina.  Conley is a huge fan of the beach! Such a relaxing and peaceful long weekend!!

December 2012

Christmas Time!!

Unlike last year, Conley was so excited to meet Santa Claus! Every time we went to the mall we had to walk by Santa's chair and wave at him.

Every Christmas I get Conley one new Christmas ornament symboling something Conley is enjoying that year.  This year I picked a football since that's been a huge obsession!

After only a week of our tree being mounted inside fully decorated, I couldn't take it anymore! This tree shed so badly that we took all of our ornaments off and placed it on our back porch.  Crazy... I know but I couldn't take it anymore!! We were still able to enjoy a lit tree it was just thru our back window.
