Lately...

Where has the time gone....I can't even believe that we have lived in North Carolina for about 4 months. We are starting to make some really great friends and feel kind of settled in our new environment. I still have days that I drive down the street and think to myself I never in a million years would have thought we would be living in NC. Nor did I ever imagine life could be so simple yet so amazing.

Conley is growing up so fast. Currently, he is teething which equals a lot of slobber, tears, Orajel, little sleep, diaper rash, and cranky momma and baby. About a month ago, two of his bottom teeth showed up and lately he has been working on two of his top teeth. He is starting to look like a little toddler with almost 4 teeth. (I have been trying to get a good picture of his teeth but Conley doesn't like to sit still for very long.) Also, he is getting very close to crawling!! He gets up on all fours and rocks. I am sure once he learns how to crawl it will be a whole different ball game!!

Cam is working like crazy! Lately, he has been working from about 5am to 7:30 or 8pm Monday thru Friday. Then, on the weekends a lot of the time he has to round in the mornings. In October, he will work two weeks of night shift and two weeks of day shift. When Cam isn't working he usually is either sleeping or hanging with Conley and I. Conley absolutely loves Cam!! He lights up when Cam walks in the room.

Lately, on the weekends we have enjoyed cookouts, tailgating, swimming, a pizza eating contest, and just hanging out together. Below are some pictures of our adventures and our new friends.
